| Message | American Air Masters replaced the entire HVAC system at my rental house. They were responsive, professional and incredibly easy to work with. They do very high-quality work, have fair and honest pricing and provide good information, not a sales pitch. Curtis and Rick also gave me their thoughts on the HVAC system in my own home (which is outside the area that American Air Masters services) and their advice was invaluable in deciding the scope of work. I have rarely come across the level of integrity and thoughtfulness I found when working with American Air Masters and would highly recommend them. |

| Message | I saw their ad in the paper and gave them a call. The price of the system was in the ad and that's what I paid. The owner sold the system over the phone before anyone came out. I liked the way he talked. He said if there were good parts that could be used that he would use them saving me noney. The salesman was knowledgable and courteous. The workers were friendly and did an outstanding job. I put down some blankets to cover my carpet. They came with their own floor covering, so I didn't need mine. I can't thank them enough. They were a Godsend and they saved me about $10,000.00. |

| Message | We had solicited several company's visits to give us estimates for a new HVAC system. We were very impressed with Curtis'visit that included a review of our present system, explanation of different makes and pros and cons, and recommendations of one that would both meet and exceed our needs and resolve our complaints with our present system and why. He was knowledgable, thorough, took his time, answered all our questions. He seemed genuinely interested in getting the best unit for us, with a price lower than all other estimates we had had...AND the tax was included in the estimated price. The install procedure was explained to us thorougly. The actual install went smoothly with a courteous, skilled, and hard working crew that totally cleaned up the work area. It definitely was a good experience. Our new system works SO much better, with increased air flow to our previously problem areas. We are thrilled and would highly recommend this wonderful ethical company. They will be our service and replacement company from now on. |

| Message | We recently had a central heat and air unit put in our home and used American Air Masters to provide this service. I am so happy to say they went above and beyond our expectations. Not only were we given a fair and reasonable price, the gentlemen who came and installed our unit really did give us five star service and did a quick and tidy job. I am very satisfied with my new unit and would recommend American Air Masters to anyone who is looking to have work done on an air unit. |

Cannot compliment this company enough for their outstanding work from start to finish. | Message | Good morning, Kim and I just wanted to say thank you for the Saltgrass gift card for the referral. Don't get to eat a steak very often. Also, our electric bill was only 130.00 last month which is awesome. Normal bill for this time of the year is about 240.00. Hopefully this will happen in the Winter also with our new heat pump. | Message | Wonderful experience. I needed an entirely new heating and cooling system. These guys were booked up for a while so we waited to have our unit installed. While we waited with a broken AC, Curtis brought out window units for us to use in the mean time. The install went perfectly and house was cool less than an hour later. The crew was professional and courteous and there were no surprise price add ons when all was said and done. I couldn't have been happier with this experience. Thanks American Air Masters! |

| Message | Curtis came out and evaluated our current up and downstairs systems. Spent time explaining his recommendations. After we made our decision to have a complete new HVAC system installed on both floors (both systems were 15+ years old), along with Wi Fi thermostats and some other associated repairs, we negotiated price and signed proposal. Worked with great office staff to set up install date, edit proposal and answer questions. Crew was on time, had great working knowledge and they all seemed to work together seemlessly. Work was done in less than one day, all old parts hauled away and not one shred of mess was left. AC is working great and quietly! I highly recommend this company and will use them should anything ever go wrong...which I do not anticipate! |
