MessageI live in North Richland Hills Tx. AAM took out my old system and installed a new larger more efficient one today. I cannot state how pleased I am with the work and professionalism the men showed today. I am remiss in not being able to call their names right this minute, but was highly impressed with their work and work ethic. They arrived a little early and after introducing themselves got right to work. They never failed to be courteous and answere every question I had. They refused to even write up the ticket until all work and cleanup was complete and a check that everything was in great working condition.

MessageI cannot say enough about the phenomenal service Curtis provided!

My husband and I are a young newlywed couple currently renting our first home together. Our AC quit working last week so we contacted the property management company and they sent their AC provider to our home to access & repair the unit. We were stunned when we were told after 3 months of living in our new home our AC unit was broken due to our negligence and would need to be replaced. Our family has used Curtis for many years so we reached out to him for assistance. Curtis came out to our home and determined the issue was nothing more than a lack of Freon in the unit. Curtis went ABOVE & BEYOND contacting the Property Management Company and their AC Repair person on our behalf. The original AC repairman then admitted that he had not checked the system as he should have and it was ultimately determined that all the unit need was Freon. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU, Curtis!!!!

MessageI called Air Masters at 10am and had the service man here at 1Pm. He looked at my a.c. unit and said it just needed to be flushed out. I was about as relieved as a person could be. He did his work, turned it on and cold air came blowing out again. the total cost was $114.00.It was definitely worth every cent. I know who to call in the future if i need help with an a.c.
The young man was very helpful and gave me some much needed advise on the care and upkeep of my unit. THESE ARE THE VERY BEST YOU COULD ASK FOR AS FAR AS SERVICE AND TRUTH IN ADVERTISING. THANKS AGAIN.

MessageCurtis and his team were highly professional, timely and helpful. After walking me through the assessment of my A/C unit, we determined a Lenox system would be our best option. Curtis also shared with me recommendations for my second system that would help us ensure it was brought up to code. I would recommend them to anyone. They not only earned my trust in their character, but they treated my mother and sister with the greatest respect in replacing their unit as well. This is the company to use!

MessageLost my AC on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted AAM on Sunday and spoke to Josh, and got some information. Called in Monday morning and within an hour or so, Curtis was out looking at my unit. After the diagnostic and parts run, Curtis had me back up and running at what I consider a very reasonable price.
Professional, interested and no pressure up selling. That's how I like to be treated. When it is time to spend more, or replace the unit, I know who I'll be calling

MessageWe replaced a 26 year old unit, along with all the duct work in our home. The job was done in one day, leaving my garage cleaner than when they arrived.
The guys were amazing, professional, courteous and efficient.
Curtis came to our home twice to draw an measure the new way he would lay out our duct work, and increased the register sizes in each room, ensuring the airflow would be appropriate, room-to-room
Our July 2013 Reliant energy bill reflected a 31% decrease of usage, while our August 2013 bill reflected a 55% decrease in usage... 2 months, and we have saved over $400 compared to the previous years bill. We are comfortable in our home for the first time in 5 years....

Those words do not con-vie the depth of the service we received as AirMasters and their entire crew went above and beyond anything we could have expected.
Lets just start by saying this company is at the pinnacle of their industry.
During an unusual hot week here in Fort Worth our entire AC went out.
We called for a few estimates and one of those was with American Air Masters.
Checking on the BBB for their rating and finding that they have a A+ rating was an assurance for sure, but when the owner, Curtis came to assess our situation he offered a window unit that would see us through until the installation was complete and there would be no charge for this. FREE--we were so surprised that all he wished to do was make us as comfortable as possible during this entire stressful situation.
I would like to tell you of the excellence and quality of the entire crew. Donny, being the lead man was so very pleasant and a great people person was understanding of my small dogs and all my questions, even when I knew they might be silly questions. Scott who made sure all my nice things were protected and even vacuumed the floor when they were finished. AMAZING. Eric the outside man was so careful of my garden and my flowers, and not a limb broken on my tomato plants.
Curtis, all Luke and I can say is THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR THE QUALITY OF YOUR COMPANY , YOU EXCEEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS . If we could give you an A +++++ rating we
