American Air Masters has serviced my heating and cooling needs at several locations with outstanding service. I have never had a complaint with any of the work preformed. Curtis Dorsey is an honest and trustworthy individual, and it is reflected through out his company. I have been ripped off a few times by other companies, but never by American Air Masters. I strongly recommed AMERICAN AIR MASTERS for your heating and cooling needs. |

| Message | American Air Masters recently did a complete install of a heating/ac system at my home--duct work, insulation, and all. Curtis Dorsey's work crew did a tremendous job--all in a day. His workers were on time that morning, worked diligently all day, and finished and cleaned up by the evening. Curtis was present and personally oversaw all aspects of the work. I was very pleased with the service I received, with Curtis' personal attention to my job, answering all my questions from his initial presentation thru the completion of the work. And everything is working beautifully! This company is very customer friendly, with the owner making the initial contact and being very thorough in his presentation. Curtis's bid for the type of job I needed was very reasonable and much below a previous estimate from a different company. I would definitely recommend that you call on American Air Masters and Curtis Dorsey to service any of your heating/air conditioning needs.  |

| Message | American Air Masters is the BEST HVAC Service company in town-and I say this with the experience of being disappointed by numerous other service providers. Our AC went out on a Saturday evening and by Monday at 12:00 Curtis and his amazing service technician and team had us scheduled for a new unit to be installed the next day! The unit was installed with extraordinary professionalism and passed city inspection with flying colors. His office staff does a great job following up to make sure we are happy and arranging the financing. THANK YOU American Air Masters. |

Have been a customer since 2005. at both of my houses Had a unit go down today Sunday and called and Curtis was was on site and had the unit back up and running with in an hour! Curtis and his team are great examples of what true customer service is. I would and will hire them again when AC services in needed. | Message | This is by far the most HONEST hvac company I have ever interacted with. These guys are true to trade, and do not use a turn of phrase to win you over. There are absolutely no gimmicks, nor pressure sales. They are passionate about working with you to accomplish realistic service. You may find yourself angry at your ac unit, but never angry with this company. Everything begins at top with an insightful owner who cares more about the people he is serving than the dollars they spend. This is more a community service than an industry, and in these times, that is uncommon. In short, this company provides a superior level of service because they actually DO care about making you comfortable! |

| Message | I just wanted to say thanks to the staff & crew at American Air Masters. I recently had an Air Conditioner, Furnace & Coil installed at my house. The crew did an outstanding job. They arrived right on time. They were courteous and professional. They took out my old units and installed the new units. Then, they cleaned up after their job. Well Done!!! The staff, Curtis & Cheryl were very pleasant and professional. Very easy to work with. I had at least 3 bids and American Air Masters was super competitive. I had the job inspected and it passed with flying colors. I highly recommend these guys!!! Thanks guys...JOB WELL DONE!!! |

| Message | My wife and I are on fixed income and needed a new a/c system. We got very disheartened with prices and service, even with some companies we had supported for years. When in the very back of a free yard news paper adv. section, my wife found an advertisement for American Air Masters with prices much lower for same systers as others had quoted for much heigher prices. As the worlds biggest skeptic I ask her to check for reviews and call the F/Worth BBB.only to find all good info. A call to this company got us Josh who was very professional and knowledgeable. Josh also came back and led the installation team. My system is still working great after two months. What a great team from an elaborate company. I would give this company 6 stars ******. After explaining my dilemma to a co-worker, he recommended using your company for help. Boy I am glad I did. So now I felt the need to write this short note of appreciation and gratitude to you. I also want to commend you on the quality of your workmanship, service, and the very knowledgeable technicians and installers you sent to my home for my recent Air-Conditioning problem. I sincerely appreciate the fact of being most concerned with the customer, rather than with the possibility of getting more work. There are few people in your industry with that attitude.
