| Message | I can't thank Curtis and his crew enough.I had several bids before I made up my mind to go with AAM.He did not try to over sell me like all the rest.He educated me and listened to my needs.His pricing is fair and the sevice provided -OUTSTANDING!!!!!His crew that did the install were profesional and curtious.There were no suprises,and he is a man of his word.Don't waste your time with getting bids from anybody else. I had envisioned that the process would be painful but it actually was quite painless. | Message | Excellent service at great price! American Air Masters has replaced and installed THREE complete Lennox systems for us today! Here are the reasons why we selected them and will highly recommend them to everyone. 1. A+ credited rating with BBB. 2. Great offer! Among the 5 salesmen came for bids, Curtis the owner listened well to our needs, offered best matching systems (AHRI), Lennox 14 seers hits 16 Seers with right coil and furnace (Lennox vs. Trane, Lennox won!) , and his final bid was the best. 3. Excellent installation crew! Donny, Josh , Junior and Adam (sorry can’t remember his name) were professional and worked extremely hard. Great communication and teamwork seemed keeping them working very efficiently. It took them less than 2 days to complete 3 units. 4. All work has done as proposed, they even did some extra to tie up a few loose ends. They provided the documents of all equipments installed. | Message | We have been in need of a new Heating/AC system. We received a bid from a trusted company that we have used for 2 years. When our heater finally went out, I decided to get a second estimate from American Air Masters, and I am glad I did! Curtis came out and spent lots of time with us explaining what we needed. His prices were so good, that we ended up getting 2 Heating/AC systems and duct work for just a little more than 1 AC system from the other company. We saved $10,000 from the other bid, and got a better grade and name brand equipment. Curtis and his team could not have been any nicer and more professional. (By the way, Curtis is one of the nicest people I have ever met!)We are SO happy that we went with American Air Masters and highly recommend them. Looking forward to many more years of great service!
