| Message | This was the year we decided to replace our very very old builders grade HVAC system. It just could not keep our house cool and our electric bill was getting out of control. Whether I am buying a fifty dollar DVD player or a new car, I do my research. After talking to many different companies, I called American Air Masters after I saw their ad in the local paper. I talked to Curtis and asked a ton of questions, at which some of the others got irritated. I guess I was taking up too much of their time. Curtis answered all my questions and was always very prompt and courteous on our phone calls. Once I talked to him, I knew this was the company that I would use for my replacement. Unlike the other companies, American Air Masters will sell you the system and installation that is right for your specific home. They never tried to oversell me on anything. The installation process was awesome as well. The technicians that did my install were very professional, prompt and knowledgable. You can tell these guys have worked together for a long time and are a great team. From my initial phone call through the installation, this was a very pleasant experience. I will use this company for any of my future AC work. |

| Message | Thank you, thank you, thank you! My air went out on a Friday night after a 100 degree day (and about that in the forecast for the next day). I called at 8:28pm hoping to get something sched1uled for the weekend, but expecting it to be Monday. Less than 10 minutes later the technician had called me and was on his way. Joshua was quick, professional, polite, and answered all of my questions. The air was back on and the house cooling down within an hour of my original call. I am amazed. You saved my weekend! |

| Message | Had a great experience with american air masters. From the time we got the estiment until the job was complete. The people were very curtious and proffessional. They even loaned us window units until we got ours installed. I didnt think there was anyone that even cared like that these days. Thank you very much for everything. | Message | Hello! Your tech, Joshua, was by today to diagnose a problem I was having with my AC unit. Joshua troubleshot the unit and determined the issue was with the wiring that runs between the main breaker box and the AC unit. Joshua recommended that I use Fox Electric. I called Fox and they were at my house within two hours. The electricians ran their tests and determined that Joshau's diagnosis was spot on. The electricians replaced the wire and my AC is running again. I wanted to thank Joshua and American Air Masters for their promp service and an accurate diagnosis. I am a happy camper! Steve Chavez |

| Message | I highly recommend American Air Masters. They installed a new Lennox HVAC system in my house on May 2, 2012 and did an absolutely outstanding job! The whole process from proposal through installation and follow-up was professional and worry-free. After getting 8 bids for the work, AAM was the least expensive bid of all vendors. It was an outstanding value! The system has cut my monthly electric bills for cooling by 40%. All the folks at AAM provided great service! | Message | First and foremost, I called several companies to get quotes on replacing my badly leaking 14-year old Bryant AC system (I wanted to replace both the furnace & AC). Curtis came in with the right price, and was lower than everyone else. I deeply researched the different brands & model numbers that everyone quoted and decided to to with Curtis' proposal on a Lennox 14ACX matched system to get 14 SEER. I'm a veteran computer & network security techie who has been fascinated by the physics & chemistry on how HVAC works. This morning Donny & Scott came out to do the install, they were professional, and were as passionate about their work as Curtis was (a true HVAC geek-that's a huge compliment). They explained how things worked and had my new system up and running in no time. I'm very excited about the new system and my house is a meat-locker now-It's NEVER been this cool in the 7 years I owned my house. I highly recommend AAM to anyone who asks me! |

| Message | I have been recommending AMM for a long time,and everybody that i have recommended them to was impressed!! As a Graduate of Lincoln Tech with an HVAC/R degree i finally needed a new A/C system.I spoke with Curtis about several brands that i have worked on and serviced while working part time for other AC companies.He listened and gave me his recommendation and why he would choose this particular unit.I took his advice and purchased a Lennox 3 ton System outdoor model #14ACX-036-230-14 paired with indoor model #CBX27UH-036-230+TDR which gives me a 16SEER rating.I also purchased a WIFI T-STAT that Curtis recommended.Let me just say his install crew of Josh and Scott are two of the NICEST and PROFESSIONAL people i have met.They did the BEST INSTALLATION JOB that i have seen!!!! In my opinion they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure i was SATISFIED with the install.It is nice to know that there is a company that still puts SERVICE and CUSTOMER SATISFICATION FIRST!!! I will always recommend American Air Masters they are the Best |
