| Message | My main AC unit went out last Thursday and after a call Curtis was out the next morning - he gave me a very competitive bid and had his team out the next morning installing a new unit. The installation team was fantastic - they did a few things that were not in the bid but made my family safer and more comfortable. | Message | These guys rock. I had some problems with an install they did a couple of years ago, left a message on a Saturday and within 2 hours the owner was onsite and fixed me up. I definitely recommend these guys and I don't recommend very often. Curtis is a very upstanding guy and informs you on everything he is doing and what he accomplished. Good to go in my book. Curtis is extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all the questions we had throughout the installation process. Even the service calls were efficient with all of the repairmen knowledgeable in their profession. Curtis and the people at American Air Masters care about you and will give you a 110%. |

| Message | I reserved putting in a testimonial until I had some track record of how my new systems work. I had both of my systems replaced last summer. Curtis and his techs are fantastic. From my initial meeting through the install I have nothing but high praise. Curtis didn't try to upsell me beyond what we needed and installed two systems that cut my utility bill in half (no kidding). Not only that, we are gloriously COOL! His techs did a wonderful job on the install. They were meticulously clean and fast. They also made my system better everywhere they touched it. They repaired all the little things they found wrong that the previous install didn't do correctly. I have recommended them to my neighbors and they did an install for one of them with the same results. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who will listen. They are great! |

| Message | I have searched and interviewed numerous A/C Companies over the last three years to update and install new equipment for my home. My equipment was 20 years old, on its last leg and I feared for the worse that it would not make it through another Texas summer. A General Contractor friend that I currently do business with recommended I contact Curtis Dorsey and American Air Masters. So I did and what an excellent choice I made. Cannot say enough good things about how I was treated as a customer. Their employees were meticulous, thorough and highly qualified. They answered every question I had and went beyond my expectations. The equipment installed was exactly what my house needed. I wasn't sold some fancy high dollar system. They relied on proven performance from current AHRI standards and I know this equipment will do the test of time. And lastly, Curtis and his wife treated me like I was their only customer. | Message | My 13 year old Carrier Air Conditioner had a burned out compressor motor and a rusted, leaking coil. I called American Air Masters because I had used them before for service and always had good results. Curtis came out and gave me a great quote on a new Lennox unit. He has been in the business for 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He even loaned us a couple of window units until they could come out and install new equipment. The install was on time, professional, and without issues. Will definitely use them in the future! Great job!   |

| Message | Great experience. Curtis explained in great detail what was wrong with my AC unit and all the available options. I decided to replace the whole system and Curtis' quote was the best. On installation day, they showed up right on time and did an excellent job. All 3 guys were nice and professional but I have to say that Jeff went above and beyond. Thanks! |

| Message | We just had a new Lennix HVAC unit put in by American Air Masters. Curtis came out to give us a bid and explained how and what they were going to do. He answered our every question with great detail before we had to ask. We told him we have a system that is 11 yrs old and that we have never been cool or warm in the master suite. He looked at our current duct work and explained what was wrong. We had other bids (much more expensive) and none of them explained anything other than a short answer to our questions. One company was not changing any ducts. Jeff and his crew came at 9:00 am as scheduled. They were very kind and professional. They completely redid the routing of all ducts. I was totally surprised by this. I can't even say enough about how great these guys were. I will recommend them highly. |
