| Message | My wife and I bought our first and only house in 1984, and never left. We love our home and the neighborhood, Mansfield. But we had got all we could out of the original a/c and ductwork. Time for an overhaul. American Air was one of four bids I got and was in the middle price wise. Curtis, the owner, was very informative, patient with our many questions and also polite in making the bid. The installers were out in a week and were very professional in one day's work. Curtis came back to make sure everything was good and to help me figure out a much newer thermostat. They have already installed one for my sister. GREAT company!!! |

| Message | Michael worked hard and worked quickly to get my two units inspected and tuned up prior to the summer months. This is the second time I've had AAM out to the house, and I've been very impressed both times. Michael was honest and professional, and I plan to ask for him by name next time around. | Message | Curtis was WONDERFUL !! Got six estimates and there was no comparison with price or quality vs. the other five. Curtis was literally a "man vs. boys" on his sales presentation. The installation crew headed by Jeff arrived on time and completed the entire job including complete clean-up in less than four hours. Could not be happier with the sale and installation; completely PROFESSIONAL !! |

| Message | Installation completed 3/30-31/17. Our 2 HVAC units were 20-years old. Yearly repairs were guaranteed, hot days were a given, & our electricity bills were increasing ($500-$600 monthly during the summer)! Having a newborn in the house motivated the search. After hours of mtgs with a bunch of salesman, we felt our decision was made. The night before making "the call" to confirm installation of our decision, we saw an add in a magazine. Just for grins & giggles, I decided to call "one more company." I called and spoke w/Curtis. He was VERY thorough & answered questions before I asked. Our minds were changed, we decided AAM offered a better product (Lennox), plus we had seen the quality of installation by of the other company and their product (messy!). Re the company: The quality of cust svc/install & the condition of our house before/after the install was stellar. The price was fare & competitive, & the integrity of the company/employees was impressive. Re the Lennox product: We are hot natured so we keep our units between 70-72. The 3 ton unit orivudes cold crisp air. The verdict is still out on the 4 ton unit. I will update to advise if it is the insulation of our door/windows, thermostat, or the unit itself. If you are looking for a knowledgeable owner (Curtis) and a company that is respectful to its employees and customers, call American Air Masters. I know this is a tough decision due to price - believe me, I did my homework! Best to you in your search!! |

| Message | It is not often someone finds an honest salesman. I found American Air Masters through an advertisement I received in the mail. I thought this ad was too good to be true considering I was being quoted much more for two new units. However, Curtis stuck to his word from the first conversation we had, and was able to get two units installed rapidly. If your're reading this call Curtis. He is not only honest but knows what he is doing. Also, he has a great crew that were very courteous and respectful to clean up their mess once they were finished. Thank you American Air Masters! |

| Message | Curtis, Yesterday, I spent most of the day observing Jeff and Jim install new Lennox AC and Heat Pump units at my daughter’s home in Roanoke. These two gentlemen made an excellent team and represent your company very well. Their talents included landscaping, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, technical and who knows what else to complete the install. They responded to my many questions and explained the procedures to me, as I was quite interested. I asked if their wives were aware of how well they do housekeeping as the house appeared cleaner than when they arrived. Good job, well done - we are grateful and pleased with the appearance of the new equipment and thermostat. Be sure to cite Jeff my (your) service technician, for encouraging us to request a quote from your company. I’m confident that in 5 or 10 years I will write you another letter telling you how pleased we are with Lennox. | Message | The dictionary defines "integrity" as a rigid adherence to a code or standard of values! In the case of my recent dealings with American Air Masters, I believe "integrity" means the quality of being honest, having strong moral principles and being fair with the customer! In my opinion this outstanding company has been built on these values and has instilled in all their employees to incorporate this honesty as a part of their everyday work ethic! I truly believe this company, lead by its owner, practices integrity as its first and foremost principle in its business dealings! We will continue doing business with this company in the future! |

| Message | These guys are wonderful. My duplex rental fan motor went out and I called them and they were there right here to replace and they found it in warranty. They had just replaced our main home in November with air and heat. Very good price and service and very informitive. I call them my RESCUE AMERICAN AIR MASTERS. Very impressed! And Satisfied. |

| Message | I bought a new Lennox central unit from American Air Masters last year which was awesome but for some unknown reason wasn't cooling this summer. Thank Goodness Curtis did not give up u searching for the answer until he finally brought me the news that Lennox would replace my outside unit. WOW it was installed the very next morning. My house instantly went from 80 degrees to 74. What a relief. Now we are cool as cucumbers!!! Thanks to Curtis & his team for a job well done. |
