| Message | Absolutely the best HVAC Company!! Curtis & his team worked tirelessly for several days diagnosing & repairing our A/C unit! It ultimately had to be replaced, but fortunately was still under warranty. Curtis picked up the new unit & had it installed the very next day!! His knowledge & dedication to getting the job done correctly & with great customer service is so rare these days. We wouldn't use anyone else & highly recommend them to everyone we know! THE INSTALLATION TEAM WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT, TO SAY THE LEAST! THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. | Message | When it comes to honesty and character I have to rant and rave about Curtis and Cheryl owners of AAM. They turned a disaster of a botched up A/C job from another company into an over the top install which I am truly thankful for. There are those companies that claim they do honest and credible work, but in my case the initial A/C company that replaced my unit was not one of those such companies. I originally ended up with a botched up A/C, that in the end, ended up costing me more to replace. Thank goodness for people like Curtis and Cheryl. With their help and guidance I was able to get through a ridiculous court battle with the old A/C company that lasted over a year! Curtis and Cheryl's honesty and encouragement were just what I needed during this difficult time. What I ended up with was a new perspective of "good and honest" people in this world. People that are willing to go out of their way to help others. And furthermore, I ended up with the most beautiful A/C and heating unit on the planet!!! Thank you again to Curtis and Cheryl and the installers from American Air Masters...!  |

| Message | Great job. Very friendly people working at this company. Curtis came to my home and explain everything to me that was going to be done. And offer to bring window unit so I would have air until the work was done. Very good price better than most. Installers were friendly and informative also. Would refer this company. | Message | We had our upstairs A/C unit go out, we called Mr. Curtis he came by as soon as possible and fixed the problem. He was extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. |

| Message | I contacted several AC companies to get a quote to replace my compressor and coil. Curtis gave me a quote to replace the compressor, and the entire inside unit, including the furnace and air plenums (which were not installed correctly) and coil for a total cost that was several thousand dollars less than any other quote. The three installation men, who had over 60 years of work experience, did a really good job of installing my new American Standard equipment. Curtis is a man of integrity, and his employees express the same qualities. I could not be more pleased with the entire job that was done. I have found an honest AC contractor for all my future needs. |
