| Message | If you are looking for a better deal, price, VALUE, you have found the place!! I was scheduled for next week but at the last minute had to go out fo town. I called Michelle, told her the situation and she schedule for immediately for later that day. Greg was running alittle behind....no problem...Michelle called and informed me of his ETA. Fantastic communication!! Greg showed up, (WITH NO DIAPER MASK OVER HIS FACE THANK GOD) and did a great job. He was in and out...(we're in the middle of a house renovation) so he added no additional stress. Excellent company, SERVICE IS OLD FASHION, the staff are problem solvers. Enough said!! People, you need not look any further. |

| Message | I got my full unit installed by American Air Masters back in 2012. It’s been a great system! Heater acted up not heating regularly in November. Decided to call them today January 04,2021. Steve came out and cleaned a sensor that was dirty not allowing the unit to heat properly. I thought it would be worse. He showed up shortly after my phone call and was out in about 15 minutes. Love the customer service! Thanks to all at American Air Masters for a quality unit and excellent affordable service!!!! |

| Message | American Air Masters is truly top notch in this industry. Curtis was extremely thorough in answering all our questions regarding replacing one of our AC units. He was trustworthy and easily accessible before and after the replacement was complete. His team did a great job with installing the unit and explained everything we needed to know about its operation. I also want to compliment Cheryl, Curtis's wife, who manages the office. She was so genuine and such a delight to speak with during each phone encounter. We will recommend American Air Masters to anyone and everyone. |

| Message | Curtis and his crew were amazing, we couldn’t be happier. Curtis came out and worked up a plan and estimate, showing me things and explaining along the way. I appreciated that he took time to go over things thoroughly with me. When the day for installation came, the crew showed up and went to work putting a whole new HVAC system in and making sure things worked properly and the site was clean when they left. We were very impressed with everything from our initial inquiry to the finished job. Honestly one of the most positive experiences with home improvements we have ever had, some of the nicest people too. Thank you Curtis, thank you to your crew. |

| Message | Curtis with American Air Masters was really great. They installed my complete system in 2014. They were prompt and very reasonable. I have been completely satisfied with the performance of the system. I installed a new programmable thermostat and I messed up the wiring. Curtis came out and moved one wire and the unit is operating properly now. I cannot express enough the great service Curtis provided.Because it only took a moment he didn't even charge me. | Message | Curtis and his crew are so awesome. Repair technician Greg so knowledgeable and helpful keeping old system working. When I decided to invest in new ac/furnace system, Curtis (owner) was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered every question. He not only listened to exactly what I wanted but his prices are the best. On install day, Jeffrey was fast working, paying attention to detail, knowledgeable, and always polite. They even cleaned the mess... so much nicer than last company that replaced ac. I definitely recommend them. |

| Message | I would like the thank American Air Masters for the GREAT JOB they did fixing my air conditioner this past Tuesday evening. I had call another company and they were supose to arrive at 5;00pm to 7:00pm. They never showed up. I called American Air Masters and they arrived with in one hour. The Tech fix my problem with in one hour. I was more then satisfied with there work. I would recomend American Air Master to handle any of your air conditioner needs!! |

| Message | I had our units serviced by another company and within a week, I had water leaking on the ceiling. Although the unit was originally hung wrong during building (18 years ago), the first company never made an effort to clear the problem (drain line), but was ready to sell me a new unit. I contacted American Air Masters, Curtis came by, told me what the problem was and suggested contacting the first company to see if they would make it right. After speaking to their service manager, it was clear they were not the company to do business with. I called Curtis back, scheduled a new install, and he came by over the weekend, to clear the drain line, to keep water off my ceiling till install day. The next Friday, his crew of Jeff, Earl, and Andrew were here on time, kept me informed each step of the way from demo to install and were complete and out the door in just over 4 hours. The crew did the entire job in total excellence and ensured the work area was cleaned up before they departed. If you need HVAC service or a complete system installation, American Air Masters is the way to go. |
