| Message | Dear Simon
It's me again. Not much news from Northern Ireland today except that Graeme is outside doing a bit of archery with his cousin Gareth. We got new carpet down on our hall, stairs and landing and in the big lounge (Mid-Green now instead of the deep pink of previous times).
The weather is dismal and overcast and quite breezy unlike Sunny South Africa where you can 'Warm your buns' as our sports cushion says.
I always say to give our love to your Pa, Ma and horrible brothers and sister, but also this time pass on our greetings and love to the sensible people in the family, that is, your oupas and oumas (is the spelling right?). You know we do think of them too; say hello from the Alexanders.
I am sure you do not feel well most of the time and although the time seems long, remember this, it will pass. When I was sick I thought that I would never feel well again, but time just kept ticking along and, before I realised it, the sick feeling was over. It will be the same with you, so just hang in there.
Will speak to you soon again Yours in Jesus' name Richard, Valerie, Graeme, Deborah and Eleanor |
