  • Owner replies. Answer a message right under it; the notification e-mail links straight to the reply box.
  • A Report link under every message. Anyone can report a message; it is reviewed at once, and whoever reported it can have the outcome e-mailed to them.
  • Sign inside the embed. Visitors can sign your guestbook without leaving your own page.
  • Remove your own message. After signing, a visitor gets a private link to take their message down again.
  • Nothing typed is lost. A message that cannot be posted comes back with its text, and pressing Post twice posts it once.
  • A control panel that opens on your latest messages, with approve, hide and delete, your guestbook's address and the embed code to copy.
  • Trash. Deleted messages wait in Messages › Trash for 30 days and can be restored.
  • Your guestbook as a web page. Download My Data can now give you one file of your public messages to read offline, print or keep.
  • Approve a signer's website link together with the message, or approve the message without it.
  • A welcome page after sign-up with your guestbook's address, a "sign it yourself" link and the embed code.
  • Log in and land where the link pointed, when you open a control-panel link from an e-mail or a bookmark.
  • Moderation decisions explained. The control panel shows why something was hidden or removed, and you can ask for a decision to be looked at again.
  • Countries instead of IP addresses. Your message list shows which country a message was written from.
  • Header images from UltraGuest. Images in your header, background and stylesheet are checked and then shown from UltraGuest's own address.

  • New-message e-mails. Owners hear about new messages and can approve or hide one straight from the e-mail; busy guestbooks get a daily summary.

  • A name for your guestbook. Give its address a name of your own, such as ultraguest.com/view/your-name, under Account › Guestbook Address.

17 September 2026

  • The embed. Show your guestbook's newest messages inside your own page (Account › Link Code).
  • Bring your guestbook with you. Import messages from SmartGB, Atabook or any CSV file.
  • The Website field. Visitors can leave the address of their own site, shown as a link on their name.
  • Several guestbooks on one login, up to ten, and a shorter sign-up.

  • AI moderation. Every new message is read by AI moderation before it appears on your page.

  • Your data, your call. Download My Data (JSON and CSV), and delete your guestbook yourself, at any time.
