| Message | Listened to the commentary track (and rewatched the movie, think its my 10th time :)). Really liked the track, even though as you said it wasnt more about the ideas rather your experience. It was fun to think about how you approach your ideas-movies (have to catch up on requiem though), what you seek for at the end, how much of a perfectionist you can be and what you have to overcome when making it. Enjoyed, saved and definetly, at some point, will be listened to again. Thanks Darren! |

| Message | The Fountain is probably my favorite film. I've watched it six or seven times now, and with every viewing I discover something new. I think what makes it so unique is that it's like having a "religious experience." Don't let the system pull you down! You're a rare talent in a world of cinematic hacks! Looking forward to your next scripted and directed film. |

| Message | Of all the movies I have ever seen, I've never come across anything like your work. Requiem for a dream and The Fountain are by far my two favorite movies. They are so deep yet simply beautiful. I hope to one day work in the field of movies as a concept artist, and to work alongside people like you. In my mind, you are a modern Shakespeare.
