| Message | The extra roster spot would allow us a bit more breathing room with prospects or other players that have had an off season...it's another way different GM's can get a jump from year to year. Our margins are pretty tight right now - with the exception of the protected prospect pick, we don't have room to wait for people to get better, which is one of the perks of a franchise pool. |

| Message | My main reason for bringing it up is that I have had a few hockey knowledgeable friends really interested in our league and would love to be a part of it if the option was open. If we all want to keep things as they are, I am great with that. It would just be nice to let people know if the league is set or we are open to bringing in someone. |

| Message | Phil.....relax,of course your invited. Goon and I will be having an intimate ceremony in Rob's backyard at the re-draft.Rob will be officiating(refereeing). Attire will be no shirts and you'll probably want to wear old jeans. We graciously decline any of your gifts. |

| Message | As a relative newcomer to the pool,i'm yet to go through an expansion process and think it might be fun.I don't think adding another gm will harm the pool at all.So chalk me up as "yes" for expansion. |

| Message | goon, what's the reason for wanting to expand? scotty's a good kid, but we've got a strong group right now. i enjoy the expansion process and the decisions that need to be made. if we did go ahead, what was the philly expansion format? we probably should follow something similar to that? my standing vote on 4th rounders is that they weren't necessary to add in the first place. they water down the value of picks. if we expand, we probably should keep them for a couple years. extra bench spot? just one more spot to stash a prospect, i don't think it's necessary, but don't have a problem with it. |

| Message | So I just read back through 40ish pages of banter, and have to say, there is some funny shit through the year, I know I come off as the JohnTorterella/Sean Avery of the pool but it's been fun. Thanks for the good times. Here's some ramblings. - You can chalk me up for a standing "No" vote to expansion - if it's something we really want to do, it would be a blast to go big and try and bring on 6-8 more teams and move to a tiered league with promotion relegation or some sort of crossover. - Any chance we could get an FHL report? I remember the good ol' days when those things were makin the rounds, really enjoyable. - Have Goon and his farmhand set a date yet? I didn't get an invite. - Might it be time to consider another shot at an FHL website? - GM Epp, can you find the page where those expansion picks were discussed? Best to reread that before going through the same talk, and I couldn't find it. First thought is that I'm against it. - The Phillies will be going all out for a cup run this year, Dukes be warned, sellers advertise. |

| Message | I have a standing "Yes" vote to expansion. Expansion aside, I would also like to repropose an idea I mentioned last year - adding one spot to our farm rosters and removing the fourth round of our redraft. thoughts? |

| Message | This is exactly what the Canucks should have done to Thomas in game 4. By the way, the Canucks signed Archibald in the playoffs, and he is at Prospects camp this week. Can't wait for him in a Canucks jersey. youtube.com/watch?v=WzIrMOFeGDw&feature= player_embedded |
