| Message | With the way the expansion idea has played out, I will vote no to expansion, also not in favor of gradually introducing a GM to the FHL. With teams making moves, and planning their futures 2-3 years in advance, I don't see it working. I am also in favor of axing the 4th round as soon as possible. The thought of GM's possibly passing on picks is poor, and much of the low end talent we hoped to clear out has been accomplished. |

| Message | I'm fine with expansion but not for next year. I am in favor of agreeing to choose a new GM this summer and then giving them a year to absorb everything that is the FHL. As part of the expansion process, I would also be in favor of giving the new GM 1 PP this year and throwing them into the midseasons at some point. The more picks we assign to them, the less they have to take from our teams. I also vote to banish the 4th round starting whenever (grandfathered in). The fairest way might be to have everyone drop one fourth rounder in whatever year we choose. So I would drop one fourth in 1314 and use the other 2 at the end of the draft. They'll be used to bring up prospects anyways. |
