| Message | Totally opposed. Will probably quit the FHL if this passes. |

| Message | It has been requested by 2 Gms that we re-evaluate Byfuglien's status as a non-draftable FHL player. If we reinstate his status, he would be considered a d man 100% judging by his play last season with the Thrashers (now Jets). Are all GMs in favor of this motion? Please vote via the banter board. |

| Message | I think we need a hall of shame for trade offers. I've a few real beauties that just shouldn't be kept to myself |

| Message | The real advantage on the phone, is that GM's have to think much quicker than by email... when talking deals in person all value decisions are made on the fly, whereas on email GM's have time to research the players and triple think the deal over. If you can get the GM chasing value and making more decisions in a live conversation you have a much bigger chance of winning the deal and even the chance of completely destroying him in the deal. Over email it is very unlikely even with the worst GM's to completely crush someone in a deal. Target a GM that's over confident in his abilities and doesn't understand FHL value across the board and you have a recipe for success. It's all very similar to poker (as is everything). Bad GM's should stay off the phone. |
