MessageOn Saturday over 34 ex members of the band and drums and their ladies attend their annual reunion at the best western Retford.A new member was introduced,he was Frank Wheatley,I first met him in Jordan in 1958.also attending as guests were Alan Winfield,and Tony Hopkins PTi 60s.Best wishes were sent to Davey Marsden and Pete Harfleet regular attenders but having to cope with illness.It,s good to know that the Airborne brotherhood still lives on.on the way up I called in to see Mick Bramley,Hope your hands okay mate. MessageI am sure you will all be pleased to hear that General Chiswell & Felicity were at the NMA yesterday for the Regimental Memorial Day. He has had a tough time but is looking very well now. There were many others who had made the trip to what will probably become an annual event. We only just managed to stay dry this year.. Best regards to all JJ

Further to John Wilson's message on the 4th June I have put the photo's in the Gallery section, which show a detatchment of the Central Scotland PRA at the Renfrew War Memorial where they have added the name of LCpl James Murdoch - 3 PARA.

MessageHi All, sadly our comrade member Bob Bransfield
passed away on the 30th May aged 74 after a recurrent illness and will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Bob served with 3 Para from 1959 to 1964 mainly with HQ. Coy. A great Guy he represented the Bn. in boxing, football, running and shooting. Rest in Peace Bob, we will remember you. George
