MessageHello George,
I hope you and the family are keeping well ? It was good to see you post a message even if it is a little emotive !
A good call tho, para as we know is the abbreviation for paragraph. Bernie McClory could change the header I reckon to give us our correct title. It will start another series of messages.
Best regards John Wilson

MessageThe name George Coutts reminds me of the Orderly Room,am I on thje right track,Any way wether it,s 3PARA OR 3Para is irrevalant they can both be right,as Para is a contraction of parachute so Para would be more appropiate, the point is George don,t let something like that stop you parting with a fiver, and meeting up with a bunch of chaps that you shared an eventful part of your life.Be good to hear from you.regards doug

Hi Terry

1. Just stumbled on the 3 PARA Reunion site on a lazy Friday morning !
2. I may well join but not until your Committee consider using the proper abbreviation for the 3rd Battalion The Parachute Regiment which is 3 PARA

3. My response email is : george.coutts678@mod.uk very sad to see the names on the memorial list, how time flies by – I have reached the age of 65 but intend to work on until next year …

Regards to anyone who remembers me in your circle of contacts

FAO Gary Teale and the Committee

Could you consider putting this Notice in Blue on your website please.

Colonel (Re'td) PARA REGT (V)

Hope life is good. Since my days at Pegasus I am working for Cross Deck who help find jobs for Forces Leavers.

In a nutshell I am looking for 700 blokes with good military backgrounds to work as 'extras' in a movie ranging from a few days to months.

If they have any leave it is good money, or perhaps we might have guys leaving the Regt that are looking for a break.

All they need to do is email the people below.

Best regards

David.

If you are interested please register at www.cross-deck.co.uk and send your CV to helen@cross-deck.co.uk. Please quote ‘Film Extra’ as the subject title.
