| Message | Thanks for maintaining this site dedicated to the Spangler. My father Charles C. Fraze was the law partner of Donald Spangler's father in Albion, Indiana in the 1950s. My father served on Okinawa as an Army Captain in April thru August of 1945. Thanks. |
