MessageHi All,
I was stationed with the 62 FIS from may 63 to aug 64. Worked as a weapons release specialist loading rockets on the F101's. Spent some time fishing and a lot of time bowling, playing pool and handball with friends.

MessageVery nice to find your site. I was stationed with the 62FIS from Oct 67 to May 69. Started as a F-101 Flightline Chief and ended up in Maint. Control. We really enjoyed our time at KI. Our third child, a daughter, was born in the base hospital.

MessageI was stationed at K.I. Sawyer with the 410th Combat Security Police Squadron from Apr 1981 to Dec 1983. Had a wonderful time while stationed there. I Met a lot of very professional Security Police personnel with fond memories. I donot miss the SAC ORI's or ADTAC ORI's but do miss the people that became freinds. I was stationed with then TSgt Roy Wycoff & SSgt Michael Shaw at Comiso AS, Sicily from Jan 1984 to Dec 1984. This is a great web site and good luck to the museum on a great job! smilie

I met people who are still my best friends at Sawyer and am thankful for that.If anyone remembers me feel free to email me...Stephen Piper...where are you??!! Peace all.

MessageHi you all, here in sunny hot Florida (Navarre)on the panhandle. Will miss this reunion, but keep me posted as to when the next one will be. I was the secretary to the commander until they closed us down and made me a SAC puke. I correspond with Maj (ret) Greeley, in Arizona can get address if you like. Col Fuhrmann works with the Red Cross as a higher up but don't have his e-mail. The 87th reunion in 06 was really great, enjoyed seeing everyone. Hope the best for all of you and enjoy yourselves while you are still young. The "Bulls" is one of the best squadrons I have ever worked. I am getting ready to retire after 35 years of civil service, Jan 3, 2009. I will have all the time in the world to do what I want to, even travel to the UP for the next reunion without taking leave. Happy Reunion everyone, see you all next time.
