| Message | Was stationed at K.I. from Apr 1991 until I got off of active duty in Sep 1992, was with the 410 SPS, LE side of the house. Have not been back into that area since departing, but would love to at some time. |

| Message | Hey people, here I am again and happy to report that we are shooting for a May 1 opening of the museum. We hope to remain open until at least Oct 1st. If we get tenents for our extra rooms it could be longer. Wish us luck. We are busy working at it now two days a week (Tue & Thur). If you can help come on out. e will also need people to monitor the nmuseum once it is open. Ay questions, please email or call 906 362-3531. It will be great hear from you. |

| Message | KIS was my intentional terminal assignment from 1978-1980, with the 87th FIS. Just about the prettiest base in existence, and we loved it! My wife and I visited KIS in September of 2006, and could not believe that 156 Banshee was still there, as well as . The museum was super, as was the rest of the installation. On June 10th, I will be taking our daughters up there for a "nostalgia tour," and there will not be a dry eye, since both attended school just down the road. |

| Message | I spent three and half great years at KI, from April 1962 until July 1965. I was an Air Traffic Controller for the 2001 Comm Squad. Happy to hear about the Museum. Looking forward to seeing it this summer. Thanks Vince |
