| Message | Hi there, I have visited some of the places that you have mentioned in your books and on your website. I am very interested in the 'most haunted house in Ireland'. | Message | I really enjoyed your books and website. It's great that you have taken the trouble to document an important part of our heritage before it is lost forever. Your contribution to the TV series "The Big House" with Bryan Murray was excellent and incisive; it is to our shame that we allowed so many beautiful gems to rot away. May I offer a suggestion, would it be feasible to include an "as it was" section in more of the big houses, that is where old photos can be found. One would really enjoy seeing these places in their glory days. Denis |

| Message | I happened upon this site...how fantastic. I too have been a long time abondonista and enjoy your photos! I am particularly interested in our great grandfathers home of Antrim. Just now researching our connections to the area and hope to get over there soon. Where would be my best source of inf ormation do you think? Would love to find our own family castle waiting to be reclaimed! Will see! JV |

| Message | Hi Tarquin, Its always the stuff on your doorstep you miss, I am really guilty of this. You have reminded me of the rich heritage that exists in Ireland and that I believe should be safeguarded for future generations. There is alot to be done to achieve that goal but I would like to play my part in some small way and I hope to meet you at some seminar or event in the fuiture. I can only say a great big thanks to you for the wonderful work you have done to date, it is a very civic minded thing to do even though this subject matter may not have caught the publics attention sufficiently enough at this stage. I look forward to reading your books and planning some trips to some of these old houses with my children over this Summer. Good luck in the future. Ken Nolan. |
