| Message | Hey, it is snowing again and the powder is waiting for you. You have had a setback with the left side. I am guessing that this might require surgery and the same chemo treatments that you are having now. This could set your timeframe back, but you have a bunch of years to get as old as me. I have to tell you that I have hardly gone to cardio since you left. It just isn't the same with the zippy feeder Marie. HA. We all miss you. Everyone at the Tug has been asking for you, even Jack!! Go figure. You haven't really missed a very special Jan. Lots of snow, gray and cold. Hopefully you can get out here for the best part of skiing in the spring. I promise you one cold beer on me (I know, too generous) after your first day on the slopes. I think I told you about son David and the incredible battle he had with the 2 fractures, shredded (90%) miniscus, and complete ACL replacement. They actually thought he might not ever ski again. He is a pretty good fighter. I see a lot of him in you. That's probably why I like you so much and feel so comfortable giving you grief. How's the hound adjusting to the burbs? I know he must miss the great open spaces of the Yampa Valley. Nothing else to report except we all miss you so much. Keep blogging. Love, Becky |
