MessageRM "A" NTC San Diego 1967
Primary duty station NavCommSta Guam (Relay Division) 1967-68.
I was one of those active duty 2X6 reservists you have probably heard about. I was fortunate enough to get a 9 month early out even during Viet Nam.
I was denied advancement to RM2 while on Guam because of the early out but pinned it on as soon as I reported back to the reserves.
I really enjoyed my time as an RM and especially my shipmates.
