MessageG'day Darren,

Thanks so much for The Wrestler - a haunting, poignant masterstroke with a soaring ending. I loved Mickey in Rumble Fish and Angel Heart and was thrilled you resurrected his light.

Very much looking forward to Black Swan. Natalie Portman was phenomenal in V For Vendetta, particularly during the shaven-headed torture scenes. Back in 2003, I was in Hotel Costes in Paris, with my fiance and across the way was Vincent Cassel - he's a force of nature (I loved Irreversible) and look forward to his chemistry with Portman. Hoping Cint (PWEI) Mansell is scoring again.

Keep up the terrific work,

Mr. Lorne Johnson (120km south of Sydney)

MessageHello,

I saw the foutain two years ago and i watched it again yesterday.I know that you had some bad critics. But it is a beautiful movie and this is for me the first one that is talking (and with a deep comprehension) about the meaning of the state when everything is connect and the travel we have to make across age to reach it. I m sure a lot of person feels that, but, like me, with the impossibility of describe it. And you did it with a beautiful sense of humamity. Thank you.

MessageHello Mr. Aronofsky.

Today I saw Black Swan and it was without a doubt the most superb film I have seen in recent memory.

It was perfectly paced. The acting was tremendous. The plot captivated from the beginning. It was visually spectacular and stylized very, very well.

It made me think of how fragile the human mind can be, and how often we are our own worst enemy.

In short it had it all - and was not a piece of garbage like so many films made these days.

I wrote a book a few years ago titled "Going Down in La-La Land" that has just been made into an independent film. And your movie served as a reminder as to why I took on creative pursuits. I would love to send you a copy sometime.

In the meantime congratulations on a brilliant film.

MessageHey Darren. It blows down here in South Florida. Myself and my girl had been waiting a long time to see Black Swan. I hope it opens up in more theaters sir. I would be disappointed it I had to wait for dvd. If Gasper Noe can get his movies played here, I'm sure you could. Later.

Eric

MessageAsk your mom (Charlotte Millman) if she remembers me. Or these names: Judy Finkelstein, Eileen Hill, Judy Biesky. Marion (Ostrow) Margolis who married Chuck Margolis and told me you were Charlotte's son. We all went to Lincoln and I lived across the street from Charlotte at 150 Corbin Place.
If your mom remembers me, ask her if she remembers that my mom ran a ballet school on Coney Island Ave. Marion said she lives in Florida now and although I am living in Colorado I do go to Florida now and then, having lived there as well. I have more characters left, but that's enough for now.
A fan and guest,
Judy
