MessageYes,the boycott is essential, and I'm going to spread the word to friends and aquaintances. The Olympic Committee should be ashamed every minute of every day for allowing the Olympics to be held anywhere in China.

MessageGreat site, I have a t-shirt design on this subject as well. I'm just concerned about the image on the top of this page with the swastika in the ring. I understand the concept, but my concern is that the swastika was hijacked by Hitler, though other countries and cultures use the symbol as well.

The swastika means different things to different cultures and Buddhists. I'm concerned that it may be mis representing the swastika's true meaning and alienate other's.

religionfacts.com/buddhism/symbols/swastika.htm

"The swastika is an ancient symbol found worldwide, but it is especially common in India. It can be seen in the art of the Egyptians, Romans, Greeks, Celts, Native Americans, and Persians as well Hindus, Jains and Buddhists.

The swastika's Indian name comes the Sanskrit word svasti, meaning good fortune, luck and well being. " smilie
