| Message | Yes -- if we do it, it should be permanent. I, GM Epp, move the following: From now on, the FHL playoff pool winner will recieve a cash prize. This is an added incentive for GM's to stay interested/make moves during the FHL season, even if they are out of the regular championship hunt. This will encourage more trading and more interest The traditional playoff pool rules will still apply -- basically, you're stuck with whomever is on your roster already and you make changes after each round. Since this pool does not require as much long-term thinking as the reguar season, the financial sake should be lower. I would suggest ten bucks/person. Will someone second my motion? I am open to amendment as well. GM Epp Why not ten bucks? That is an added incentive for us to |

| Message | I'm down with whatever, but if the playoffs do become cash this year they should stay cash every year. That way some day Dogg and I might have a shot. ![]() |

| Message | Sutter always lies to the media. He's also an ass. I'm still waiting for feedback on my proposal to put money on this year's playoff pool. Thoughts? |

| Message | Actually Bertuzzi got injured after those comments and basically Calgary was hurtin for depth with Bertuzzi gone (he's been playin pretty well). Boring day overall, expected bigger things. J-Bo arrives in the summer. |

| Message | Maybe Sutter thought that the reporter was onto something and started enquiring the next day with positive results? |

| Message | Seems like Jokinen is a problem of sorts. Traded twice in less than a year. However, I do think he'll do well under Keenan again. Dan's team just got a much needed boost. ![]() |

| Message | 4 days ago in Calgary a reporter directly asked Darryl Sutter if there was any truth to the stories that the Flames where looking to add depth on defence, and an upgrade at centre. Sutter looked straight back at the reporter and stated in his usual flambouant tone "none whatsoever". Magically today they add Leopold and Jokinen. Basically Sutter has no respect for the media, fans, or anyone, as he completely lied to everyone. |
