Message	Prior to selecting A.Kostitsyn our scouting staff deliberated long and hard on his character both on and off the ice. Having battled through epilepsy, and various other family issues, not to mention making it to this point in his career coming from a true state of poverty, we felt that he had, and still has the internal drive and character needed to be an impact FHL player. It has been 15 years since Belarus was a part of the Soviet Union, so the influence of that regime had little impact on his career.
