| Message | It is not often i agree with Rob Duke, but to be fair what he has written on here is not only true but correct, these are worring times.From what i saw last night they seems to no purpose or direction to the team, ok it maybe early days, but we have not got the time. The sides below us all have games in hand and i think we have have a really tough run in, starting this Sat, and then followed by a Friday night game v Leatherhead( who are on fire), please tell me that its not only me and Rob that are worried about this. |

| Message | I posted a message a little while ago about I hope the season does not turn into a damp squib,based on the current situation and the likely that no one will be relegated this season,having watched tonights inept display against Whyteleafe I think that looks as though that is exactly what is going to happen.The worst performance all season with maybe only a few players coming out with any credit,and talking to fans at the game tonight I think numbers may well dwindle over the remaining weeks of the season,I dont think too many people will want to watch that.The funny thing is that there was a point made from someone with regard to non-existant training under the previous management,well I watched a game tonight where at least 5 maybe even more were not only unfit,but looked like they had just got back from there summer holidays,not good enough.Faversham and Leatherhead away next two game,s,not looking forward to it as it could be bad,not sure that I will make the journey to Faversham on Saturday,depends on travelling arrangements for Saturday,only missed eastbourne away this season,but not sure I want to watch too much more of what I saw tonight.The club had a reputation for being progressive,but from what I am seeing at the moment it looks regressive,quite sad really because its a great club,but in football,business or polotics if you have no ambition then you might as well not bother,even people who are Merstham through and through I have to say are upset and dissapointed. |

| Message | The 'B' team have a league cup semi-final away @ Nutfield(Braes Mead Recreation Ground, By the corner shop off Mid street)on Saturday 12th March ko should be 2pm, As the 1st team are away @ Leatherhead on the Friday night it would be great to get some support for the young lads that have played this year. There are no plans to hold a formal meeting with the supporters at this point in time. Richard Williams is the new Reserve Team Manager. Paul Elsey has resigned for personal reasons. |
