| Message | Awww! I'm pretty sure that this is my absolute favorite update ever! You've really outdone yourself. My heart is full of warm fuzzies. These wonderful, awesome, amazing chapters were well worth the meager wait. I absolutely adore all of your characters, but in this update I particularly enjoyed Thranduil (who is just so much fun) and the Twins. They crack me up, especially Elladan and his childish wave. I was so happy to read the reunion of Legolas and the twins, and the house was brilliant. I love the way you switch back and forth between Elrond and Legolas' thought processes, so that we can always see where one or the other is going wrong, but you can still surprise us all the time. (sigh) That was so great. I think I'll go read it again. p.s. Thanks for including Gladhadithen! What a great character. |

| Message | my thanks to therina,who left me a lovely private message. i am closing in at last on all the revisions. you will get three chapters. i can only explain the troubles this way: sometimes the ideas come in faster than I can get them sorted and ordered.i get overloaded and start writing too many things simultaneously. i then get hopelessly mired in a thousand details, none of which seem to take the story where i am desperately wanting it to go! all is well and i am back on track again. thank heavens! aiming for friday post at latest.  |

I don't know if you guys realise what a tremendous kindness you do when you drop a note for me here! stef: oh thanks so much for checking in! i have not found a place and am reluctant to do so.i am trying to buy a camper van and that would then be my home,no matter where i go. i'm sorry it's taking so long for this next update.sometimes, an idea gets stuck in my head, but no matter how hard i try to make it work, it just doesn't,so that was abandoned and i'm getting the chapter in order now. Deborah: wow! you are so generous in your praises! and, if i could award you a prize or a medal,i would, as the only person EVER (except the person I wrote it for) to say they enjoyed Radiant Shadow. so i am bowing before you now,as that story's lack of comment hit me pretty hard. well, i have this great little chapter on Little Legolas almost done,too,and I'll try. i just have to get past this stumbling block in Aearlinn. I set up a scenario that,after writing and writing,just does not work at all. fixing it now,no worries, but it's going to be a few more days. thank you again so much! |

| Message | I have been reading like mad. My list of favorites continues to grow! Maybe I should just cut to the chase and say so far I have yet to read a story of yours that didn't pull me right in. I have now added to my list Not Yet, Henvaethor, Radiant Shadow, Legolas' Get Well Bells and Legolas and the Balrog. The last being the only one I can hope for more updates to since the others are completed works. I must say I am most anxious to know how things will turn out with precious youngster Legolas. As I've told you before you are an excellent writer and I look forward to reading more of your exciting, entertaining and well characterized stories! |
