Message	hi ebbingnight sorry it took so long to get back to you on this. I love it that you know these chapters so well and have not missed these small inferences i leave lying around here and there oh yes, Maltahondo hopes to truly amend his errors and regain Legolas' respect. He wants to show he understands how seriously cruel and thoroughly rotten his behaviour was and now that he is alone in the winter-wild,i am sure he has a completely fresh comprehensioin of what Legolas' life was like all those years. we are going to get a look at what he is doing and his reaction to all the sudden activity of orcs around the borders of the stronghold. he has much to answer for and i am betting he is thinking, just about now, that it is a good thing for him that Thranduil is so distant from his first-born,else Malthen would have been hacked to pieces in the stronghold long before now. i really appreciate your comments so much. Feud is so long and the chapters are so packed with 'stuff' that even i get lost sometimes. to have such a dedicated reader is a real thrill.

Message	Hello dear, Like the new "contents" look very much! I have a question about Feud (which I constantly reread, as it's so engrossing!): in the "Coming of Age" chapter, prior to the verdict being pronounced, Maltahondo actually thinks about making amends to Legolas for his despicable betrayal of years ago. Will he attempt to do this, despite his banishment? (Legolas really had nothing to do this with the verdict, as he wasn't even present, so I doubt that it would provide any closure at all for him.) Just wondering!

Message	Hi stef glad the page works and you like it. I was happy to do the poll because your ideas really got me thinking. Thank you for understanding, too, about how the stories reside in my mind. the response so far has been in favour of inu-anu and so i will let the poll run a few more days. if the trend continues, i can do a parallel to Balrog with that idea worked in. It should be interesting to find out Glorfindel's reaction to such a thing thanks again,you're the best

Message	Thank you so much for the dictionarys!!! i am really thankful to you for those! it rally was starting to get to me, cus i would be in the middle of a conversation with my cousin(who likes to switch languages as we talk, probably becuase hes four and so cute!!) adn i would start thinking about some of the sindarin words i had been reading,and it would distract me completely and my cousin would really get mad at me!!! not a joke!!! oh well! i did get to see the new updates for Feud on slashfiction, but everytime i would try to recall Feud, Aearlinn would pop up in my head!?! how funny is that?!? so i'm rereading Feud and enjoying it alot, i really dident realise there were so many details that i had missed!?! oh well cant wait for the new stuff!!! hugs and smiles 'chev linath

Message	to ebbingnight - EXACTLY!!! Thank you. I hope everyone will forgive me but I am weary of trying to save Elrond now. I have done all that is possible and then some. I have been trying to pull him out of his dark dream since the chapter when Glorfindel first confronted him about Legolas. Enough, i say! He has to do the rest now. Yes, there is more than just a simple feud going on, for Thranduil hasn't cared a whit about Elrond so much compared to Elrond's obsession with bringing down Oropher's House. His skewed rationale is found in ch.28 (Trenared Balch).That was a LONG time ago! Thanks for backing me up on this one. to 'chev linath - first, Thank You! oh and the languages are all found at Ardalambion. A good Sindarin dictionary is found at Hisweloke. Google those for the links, my guestbook no longer permits me to post links, or check the Contents2 page and I'll add the links there for you, too I am working hard to finish both these stories and have just gone back to Feud. I plan to finish it now - 6 years is long enough thank you for so many kind words I love feedback and have to say the best fans in fanfiction are the ones right here. Hope you enjoy the chapters to come

Message	I must say that i love your work very much!! but this one thing has been eating me alive for awhile now.. how did you get the different languages like sindarin, nandorin, and quenya?? i would really like to know because i have a passion for languages and these ones i find are ones i would like to add to my vocabulary as well!! and not to be rude with requests and all but do you know when you are going to complete Aearlinn and Feud?? they are my favorite storys out of all the ones that i have read so far!!! hugs and smiles 'chev linath

Oh, yes: I totally agree, because now I remember that Elrond's sons made that same point back in Imladris (about how Elrond would feel if it had been Arwen suffering) and he didn't respond very well at all, which made the twins feel as if he was not the father they'd known and loved. So there must be something else at work here!
