MessageAfter much research, I just discovered that my grandmother's maiden name was "Thomas" and she was from Carbonear (born around 1885). She married Nathan Roach. After he died, she later married my grandfather, William Henry (Harry) Lehr (Lear). Susan died around 1946.

I am trying find more info on her and her family (parents, siblings, descendents, etc.).

Any info to help in this quest would be greatly appreciated.

MessageMy grandparents came from Carbonear; they moved to Boston around 1900. I've always cherished the Newfoundland lore I heard from the family, and greatly enjoyed your website.
