| Message | Was stationed at K.I.from Nov.68 to Nov.69 OMS Tanker Branch. I remember hearing we had 268" of snow that winter . Lots of deiceing at preflight & having that anti freeze spray back at you with the wind & getting your parka all full of ethylene glycol. Aside from remembering the cold , l have lots of fond memories & found a life long friend there, Ron Morrell who l keep in touch with. I also served at U-Tapao & Plattsburgh when l separated in 72. |
