Here are the specifics that I know: William Frederick Adams Probably born between 1954 and 1958 Stationed in Bad Hersfeld, Germany - 1978 to 1982, with 11th K Troop African American 5'8" to 6'0" Originally from Daytona Beach, Florida His mother re-married and her last name is Harris He had a step-brother who was a Baptist Minister in the Daytona Beach area That is pretty much all I know. | Message | Hello, I was D trp 1967-1968, tank crew with SGt Slayton was TC, laterwas tng NCO under Lt Overbay would be pleased to hear from any that remember me. Those of you who were in three corp in Vietnam in 1969 may have heard about the M-48 that hit a 500 hundred pounder. It was TC'd by our own Randy Porter. He and the crew lived to be dusted off. A SFC Barnes was riding and was killed that day. The crew were thrown over a hundred feet. I have been looking for Randy since, if any have contact info on him please let me know. Would like to hear from Johnson Tiger, Artie Wood, Rick Parker, Jaan Stienmetz, Cook, Rhines and others I can not recall right now.
