MessageI'm on vacation in Los Angeles right now but I wanted to catch up a bit on your entries. We're having a great time but it's HOT and the traffic seems worse than ever. I'll be happy to get home to cool weather. smilie

MessageNo price is too high for a tree trimmer, as far as I'm concerned. I'm allergic to ladders and I can't stand being off the ground. Ferris wheels, forget it.

MessageSounds like most of them liked the house smilieand I see they liked the red door smilie I know I like it and I think it would attract buyers. It's so hard what you and Wil are doing, but it must be done. It's gonna be hard on you when that chapter of his life comes to a close.

Hope your body isn't hurting to badly tomorrow. By the way, I've been having lots of soreness from my tailbone too! I even went out and bought one of those donut hole type cushions. Wonder what's going on with our tailbones... smilie

Hey, Michigan has been having Texas type weather this week...hot hot hot in the high 80's. Had to put my air on. Have a good evening Bonnie and Wil

MessageThe times that sadness hits can be tomorrow or next week or a year from now or even 12 years as in my case. This is the hardest thing you will ever have to deal with, losing a child.

The sadness comes from missing him and the memory of him and knowing you will never see him again or hear his voice.

I know, for me, it can be a smell or a song that will set me off and the lump in my throat will form, but I no longer wonder why, I'm just thankful to feel these feelings and to grow from them. We each deal with our sorrow in many differant ways. God gave us tears to help us through these rough times and to help us heal. Even if the healing is a constant on going thing. That can go on for years and years.

I have this saying taped up here near my computer along with my sons picture....it says....
As long as I'm alive my son will never be dead.
Bless you Bonnie

MessageThose rough days were bound to catch up with you. That's your body telling you to sit and rest for awhile. (Sounds like you were listening this time.)

MessageJust got back from a few days visiting daughter in Chicago. Love that city.

Hope your sons home sells soon, it sure is a nice looking place. I love the flooring in the living room.
Well time to go do up some wash from our trip. Hope your weekend is going well.
