MessageGlad to see this up and running again.

Those flowers that were delivered, sure don't look as nice as the ones you thought you ordered, in the photo. Maybe you'll get a coupon for a free bouqet or at least a refund. Such a shame, when you have to order out of state and don't know what is being delivered. At least you did get a picture so you know the flowers were'nt up to what you ordered.

I think you should seriously think about joining Wil next year on his trip home. Would your daughter consider taking care of the birds. Maybe she could stay right at your place while your both gone.
Well time to run some errands. Hope your feeling better.

MessageI am SO sorry about Chan. I know how difficult that is. I bawled like a baby when we had to put Spike down, it was just awful. I hope your bite will heal quickly. Having dogs roaming around like that is a public danger. They go feral and become even more dangerous. I remember a large pack of feral dogs terrorized our neighborhood for quite some time when I was a little girl. What is wrong with people!?

MessageI can't imagine letting a kid go off sailing around the world, especially alone!

That said, I did meet a 16 year-old girl who hitch-hiked from Minnisota to Maine, back in 1971. She stayed at my house for a while, until she got clear about what she wanted to do next (go to college). She's now my U.S. Congresswoman. smilie So, there's something to be said for encouraging a degree of independence in young people.

Your projects look really good! I feel like that cat some mornings, too. :D

Hugs, ~ Sil

MessageI hope you find a buyer for the house soon. It truly is a buyer's market right now but don't be discouraged, I'm sure someone will come along and make a decent offer soon. If your weather reports weren't always so heinous, we'd probably be interested in it ourselves! :D I know Travis has expressed an interest in moving to Texas. Anyway, I hope your neck will feel better soon, too.

MessageThat Old Mill music box is a real charmer! smilie

I hope the humidity stays below 60% for you. I find I can take the heat a lot better when the humidity is low. Otherwise, I'd rather it would rain, so the temp stays down. smilie

MessageHi Bonnie, we've been gone a few days camping and enjoying life. I love camping, it's so peaceful and being surrounded by huge trees is beautiful. Although the birds sure are a great alarm clock...woke me up this morning at 5. To early for me, but I got up anyway. Grabbed my coffee and went outside and sat till hubby woke up.

We'll be camping and fishing a lot now that the warm weather is here. Gotta take advantage of our good health and camp while our health holds out. Lets face it one never knows from day to day how it will go, health wise.

The kitty picture is adorable, and is that your son on the dozer?

MessageThat's a handsome sunflower! Smiling at the picture in my mind of you standing on a stepstool in your nightie and duster taking that photo. It's really good that you got a chance to talk to Shawn about the area around Stacy's plot. Trees add a sense of peace and some welcome shade.
Hugs, ~ Sil
