MessageI didn't respond to the RSVP for my nephew's birthday party for his little girl because I didn't notice the RSVP request on the invitation. Of course, they didn't have anything I could eat anyway -- nothing but meats and sweets. Still, I would have called if I'd seen it.

MessageI can fully understand where your heart is on this matter, only a mother that has lost her child can truly relate to what your going through. Especially since this was eventually gonna be your home also. One where your son would take care and watch over you. One he worked hard for and was soooooo proud of. To see it go back to the mortgage company is heartbreaking, but nothing you can do. You've done your all and Scott knows this. I truly believe our loved ones are watching over us from above smilie

I remember when my sons car sold I bawled as it was being drove off our property. My son loved that car that was his baby and he kept it cleaned and polished. Yes to many it was just a car but to me it was my sons car, one he worked hard and long to pay off. One he worked to maintain by washing it every week and polishing it also.

Even before the car sold and was just sitting in our front yard with the for sale sign on it, I bawled. When I had to get inside and clean it as we live off a dirt road, I'd sit there and his smell was still all around, I'd bawl then too. I bawled till I thought I could bawl no more and then the tears would start again.

So Bonnie I truly feel your heartache and it will take a long time before those tears stop flowing. But your doing super good, you've dealt with so much. Oh before I forget, I love the beautiful bench you got in memory of Scott. Now you have a place to sit and talk to your son and let the tears fall.
Hugs to you Bonnie

MessageIts so heartbreaking when you go through sons things and find money..I also found change in sons jackets. I still have the quarters, just can't seem to part with them. Crazy I know, but any little reminder of son and I kept.

Those are very nice leathers, your son was a stylish dresser smilie I know my son loved clothes and had way to many...I saved the most memorable, and donated the rest. But I have pictures of him in some of the sweaters I kept. When feeling sad and missing him I wear one of the sweaters, especially if it's winter.
My heart breaks for you Bonnie, as I know the pain of losing a son.

MessageWell now *I'm* offended! (Not really, in case you couldn't tell I was joking.) How about "Save a cow, eat a cat"? Do you think that would go over in your group?

MessageYeah, you're such a meanie, B. smilie Some people are very thin-skinned. There's nothing you can do about it. I'm going to have some more pictures to post on Flickr for you soon! Then I'll go and take a look at what you've posted lately. Right now I'm headed for bed.

MessageCranky? You call that cranky? You're just reacting to things that go a little squirrelly. That's kind of normal, isn't it?

MessageI got lost reading about the website and editors and code. It's been so long since I've made a website using an editor! Anyway, I'm going to upload some of my hiking pictures to Flickr, I haven't actually used Flickr in ages but I want you to see how pretty our last hike was. smilie
