MessageI agree. We are being victimised becuase of one incident last season. How can you get banned for accidently bowling beamers. The amount of people that bowl beamers each week - do they get banned? I do hope we appeal cos it's a joke!

MessageSean Nowaks ban is a disgrace. Anyone watching the game could see that he didnt bowl three beamers, more like one and that wasnt deliberate. Its right to think that we are being victimised as we are being punished for the smallest things when other teams get away with them. Heres hoping Bradninch still get the win on Saturday. Good luck.

Poor old Sean, He must wonder what on earth is going on in our game here in South West England after the "ban". How "interesting" that the ban takes in the game with table topping North Devon, smacks of Bradninch becomming a wee bit like Feniton who certainly feel that the powers that be pick on them. I'm beginning to think the same authority is picking on our Club - and it's simply not right. Here's hoping a stringent appeal is lodged - GIVE US BACK OUR MAN - AND THE TWO POINTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! smilie

MessageYes, another year or two in the A division is important to give the youngsters more experience and mature as players.

However, the question is, will you be able to get another overseas player as good as Nowak next season? A fast bowler in the A division will take lots of wickets and also he is a strong hitter of the ball as he has proved many times so far this season.

Will he come back next year?

MessageGoodness me! No bickering lads (although I guess the majority of this BS is from non-players)! Don't lose sight of what you are achieving and the fact that you do have an excellent Springbok amongst you. Whoever the wise old codger is who suggests that you take your time getting in to the Premier, I quite agree. Keep (and encourage) your youngsters and also keep enjoying your cricket - then it'll all come good.

Good luck against North Devon.

Messagedan hardy is one of..if not the most natural batsman at the club and his natural position is at the top of the order pacing an innings..he cant be knocked in that position until he is given a decent run. the openers are not exactly flying themselves at the moment.

MessageDan Hardy is lucky to be in the team, let alone open! Batsman/Keeper? More like Blocker/Symbols!

Hardy is seeing it like a golf ball. Do you want to be 0-1 every week?

Sacrificial Lamb comes to mind.....
