Remember, make sure that one of you calls parents, to let us know if there is a flight delay or not. Talk to you soon. Love Mom

MessageHi Hom:
I am taking a chance that this e-mail will have time to reach you. I won't send any others.
The last few days of the program sound very exciting- with consideration given to the weather
and the timing. Not too many tears- enjoy the siyum and party.
Have a safe flight- try to sleep a bit.
Looking forward to seeing you Sunday morning.

MessageHi Julian,

I am so sorry about the camera. I will try and call you back today and see if you have had any luck finding it. I emailed anat and she said that she remembers youtaking a couple of pictures right before you left them and went to go back with the group on the bus. She will check around their house. Is there anyway to get in touch with the people at the camp that you stayed at in the north after the free weekend? I have also emailed Michael Kantor in New York to find out what can be done. Other than looking on the bus and talking to Leon I am not sure what else can be done. I am praying that the camera turns up because I know how much the pictures mean to you. We can also ask some of the other kids from your bus to share their photo files with you after everyone gets back. Then you would at least have pictures of the places that you have been. I can't wait to see you again, keep your chin up.

Love Mom

MessageHi Manu,

After talking to Julian last night or this morning for you I was hoping that maybe his camera has turned up. If not would you please take some pictures of Julian in front of anything that you guys think is meaningful. Also if you could take some pictures with your camera of the 2 of you with the friends from the trip that you have made. I am so sad for Julian about this business with the camera. The pictures that he took are so important to him and are irreplaceable. If there is anything that you could do to help him find his camera please try. Thanks a million

MessageRead that you only started for Masada @ 5 am - which would put you on the climb after sunrise. That's about the same time that Toby and I did it.

Aunt Deena will be in town as of Friday (alone) and we have dinner planned for Friday @ Bubbie's and at our place on Sunday if you can stay awake, maybe with the Capeks. Jordie arrives on Monday and they leave Tuesday, before Toby gets back on Wednesday.

Should have a batch of muffins waiting for you when you get home.

Love Papa smilie

MessageDear Simon,
Though we are thrilled with the prospect of welcoming you back on Sunday, we know how hard it always is to leave Israel. So try to absorb as many sights and sounds as you can these last precious days.
As you know, we followed your trip everyday - even so, we are looking forward to hearing about your experiences in your own words as well as your impressions of the land itself. I know the confluence of the ancient and the modern always took my breath away.
We hope that this trip will be the first of many others...
Much love,
Bubbie and Grandpa
