| Message | Deb, Everyone in my family truly liked Nick. Ron and I thought he was terrific company. He was always ready to chat at soccer games and whenever we saw him at school. I will always think of Nick now when I park in the Painted Rock lot. I had a spot I always parked in, and one day Nick showed up ahead of me and took "my spot." He used to joke after that about making sure to leave that space for me when he arrived first. We have been blessed to have known such a kind man with a wonderful family. |

| Message | Deb, I feel like I've watched your kids grow up through VBS, and it was so much fun spending time with you all on the RAC last year. | Message | I had the pleasure of working with Nick and Deb several years ago and had just recently revived our relationship, which was a delight. Nick has always been such a gentleman and so kind to his wife and children. Obviously a lot of love and mutual respect in the Venuto family. I am so very sorry for this terrible accident and pray for Deborah and her kids. Nick will be missed but will never be forgotten. My thought & prayers are with you Venutos! |

| Message | I had the pleasure of working with Nick for 3.5 years at Nanogen. He was a star, in so many ways. He was technically very competent, a fine manager, hard working and a terrific individual. His excellence at work was matched by the warmth and love he held for his wife and children. They don’t come any finer! My sincerest condolences to Deb and the family. |

| Message | I have known Nick and his family for about 5 years, they are patients at out dental office in Poway. Nick has touched all our live at the office, so nice and exuded this quiet confidence not many people have. | Message | I worked with Nick at Ernst & Young in the late 90’s and always remember him to be, friendly, respectful and a stand-up guy. I saw nick a few years ago at a FAS 109 workshop and then again a few months ago. Last time I talked to him I told him that he was staying in great shape! I would have guessed it was from all that cycling but he said “no it was from chasing his kids around.” My thoughts and prayers are with the Venuto family and especially for his children. |

| Message | I was fortunate enough to work for Nick at Nanogen. He was a great boss, colleague and friend. He was a true family man. No matter how busy or stressful things got at work, we would always find time to talk about our families every day. Deb - My heart and deepest sympathies go out to you and the kids. |
