MessageFort Camden in Cork is no longer derelict. The residents of the local communities have renovated the fort and it is now a tourist attraction.

MessageYour images of Rathconnell Castle court are fantastic. I'm surprised there are none from the graveyard and church on the site. The round tower is still intact with stone steps to the top. On a clear day it offers the best views of nearby Mullingar town from the top - if you are mad or brave enough to try it. And for the totally demented the views are the most dangerous but beautiful in the area from there at night. It would probably take someone with local knowledge of the site to show the way as it is difficult to navigate and very overgrown. Even finding the tower entrance is difficult and requires crawling the first four feet.

I was just reading about the most haunted house in ireland(woodville estate dublin). those spooky portrait photos with the ghostly figures are creepy, but what is the relevance, who are those people, does anyone out the know, curiosity is driving me crazy

MessagePlease can you tell me how to access the properties at the bottomof your Cork dropdown list? They disappear before I can scroll down. Would be most grateful if you can help me. It's a great website. Thanks, J.H.
