MessageHeather, Owen and Family,
It is always hard to adjust to new meds and new formulas. It is frustrating when changes made don't seem to help the problem. It is amazing how enormous the problem of digestion is with SMA kids. This was one of our biggest battles. Somedays it boggles my mind to watch healthy kids chow down on mac and cheese and milkshakes when our sick kids can barely be comfortable with partially digested formulas. As always, you have continued to take things in stride and make changes to benefit Owen and keep him happy. May his gut start to be happier too!

MessageDon't beat yourself for lack of blogging...it just means that you are enjoying your time with the kids and giving yourself a break. It is OK to do that, you know!

MessageHeather, i just wanted to let you know that Owen and your whole family are in my prayers. I have known the Simmons family for almost 15 years now, and they are a great family to be a part of.
