| Message | the local vet thinks my dog may have cancer, and he will need to seen by a specialist on monday morning. back in june of 2008 he was excited because my husband was calling him to give him a treat, he yelped as he slid across the floor while jumping off the bed. he immediately started limping so a few days later we brought him to the vet, we explained what had happened and told him he was swollen in the ankle or as you would assume the akkillies tendon seemed to be affected. we told the doctor only one x ray due to limited funds. he came back with a hip xray- he said that because he did not display any pain when he moved his ankle that it was his hip but the x ray showed no results. i was angry because i felt the doctor was wrong and i was out 300.00. well i had gotten layed off from my job and because it was so expensive i couldnt take him to the vet right away. well we took him this morning and they said he more tan likely has bone cancer! please pray that he doesnt! he is a wonderful dog! |

| Message | We rescued Junior at 2 yrs old, nursed him through heartworms and scabies to see him grow into a beautiful boy. Adapted so well to our lifestyle. Loved by our neighbors, friends and family. Now at 12 yrs old, we are nursing him through lymphoma. Have cried a zillion tears over a dog that's are best boy; we've never had kids, so he's been our baby. We pray for all those going through similiar circumstances; that you may find peace, comfort and joy in whatever time remains. May God bless you all. |

| Message | My beautiful black Mini Schnauzer, Jack, was diagnosed in mid December with Lymphoma. He is only 6 years old and to look at him now you wouldn't know he was sick! He has had his third chemo treatment and is doing very well, but I would still appreciate prayers. Like all the other dogs listed here, he is very precious to me and I am willing him to keep fighting the good fight! |

Today we find out that the cancer has spread, and she only has about 1 month to live. Like my family we are all devastated, but we will try to make this month the most happy month for her. She is the best dog ever! |

| Message | We are in shock. We got our beloved dog from the humane society in 2004 and they figured she was about 1 1/2 years old. She has been healthy and even went for a check up in Oct and was fine. Her neck got real swollen on 12/31 and was breathing like she had a stuffed up nose. I took her to an emergency clinic the next day and they said they thought she had lymphoma, I had my vet check her again and it was confirmed. She is on prednisone and some swelling went down where she is breathing fine. She eats, drinks an is still walking around fine. I am starting her on essiac tea today and hoping for a miracle. Shes our first family dog and my 12 and 15 yr old are devastated. Please pray for yer and I will pray for your pets also |
