MessageAngel is a 5 year old Carolina Yellow Dog/American Dingo that was diagnosed with stage II lymphoma. She is undergoing chemotherapy and is in complete remission. She is scheduled to receive a life-saving bone marrow transplant on 5/3/2010 at North Carolina State University's Veterinary Teaching Hospital. This is a cure with a 50-60% chance of success. We are working around the clock to raise $ to get Angel to her cure and to keep her in remission for the rest of her days. Please pray for my baby, Angel. We will do everything in this world to get Angel to her cure, but we can't do it without a little help from the other side. I know the power of prayer healed my 81 year old mom, I'm sure the power of prayer will help heal my dog. MessagePlease include Scamp in your thoughts and prayers. During a routine vet visit last week, a lump was discovered on Scamp's throat. Today the vet called and said the needle biopsy shows it is a thyroid tumor and 90% of those types of tumors are malignant. Scamp is one of the cutest, most personable dogs -- and at 5 years old, he's active, fun and loves to be out and about. So far he seems more tired than usual. The cost to treat this is far beyond what I can affort (Approx $2,500 for surgery, and between $2,500 and $3,000 for chemotherapy). Pray that Scamp is one of the 10% with benign tumors and that the tumor will disippate. Thank you!

MessageHolly is one of the sweetest dogs that I've ever known. Prior to her diagnosis she was a therapy dog at the local nursing home where I worked at the time. After her first surgery she was too afraid of the wheelchairs and people bumping into her. I pray every day for Holly to get through this without suffering. She has many new lumps including one on her head. She also has an ulcerated lesion on her leg. Please pray that this sweet baby will not have to suffer and that when her time comes that God will take her peacefully. I also pray that God will let her stay here with me for many more years, with a happy and comfortable life.
