| Message | Alaska has been being treated for this for 1 yr. Thursday the 19th she went in for a chemo treatment and had a seizure or stroke during treatment. Her DR. advised we should make the hard decision right then, 5pm, or wait thru the nite to see if there was any change. We waited til the next morn and the DR called and said he was baffled & that Alaska was up walking around and eating, not to full capacity but had somewhat recovered from the stroke. And we should come get her, bring her home, & monitor her before we make that hard decision. The morn of the 20th when he called, we were expecting to go in & make the hard decision, since she had made it thru the nite. I realized then I had received a MIRACLE, as I thought for sure she would never walk in my house again. But on day 3 of the MIRACLE Sunday the 22nd we are not seeing any major quality of life return to her in 3 days. I believe I received the MIRACLE so I could properly say good bye, & for 3 days I have been telling Alaska how much I love her,& how grateful I am she picked me & what a wonderful 7 yrs I have been blessed to have with her. Monday the 23rd, we feel we must release her to Heaven to be with her sister Montana who was sadly lost at 5 1/2 yrs to hemangiosarcoma. Please help us pray for Alaska to have a very smooth transition until we can be all be together as a family once again into eternity. We love her soooo much, & will truly miss her. Thank you for our beloved pets!!! |

| Message | I lost my best friend on December 8th, 2013 due to a rupture of a mass on his spleeen. He was 9 1/2 years old, had displayed no symptoms until the day he left me. I feel so sorry for anyone who has to go through this. The hardest part has been how unexpected this was. My Ike was his normal jovial happy self less than 24 hours before he was gone. Within a couple of hours, the mass had ruptured and the longterm outlook for him was very grim. I had to make the difficult decision to let him go, and I do take solace in knowing that I was holding him during his last minutes. It was a special bond we had and i dont know if that can ever be replaced. We truly did rescue each other. He will always hold a special place in my heart. |

| Message | Pearl, our 11 year old toy poodle, will undergo her third surgery in a year. After 2 radical mastectomys to remove numerous tumors, 1 in July and 1 this past November, the vet discovered she now has a tumor on her liver. She will have the third surgery on Thursday December 19th to remove the tumor. We don't know yet if it is malignant, but since the other tumors that were removed were benign, we pray that this one will be benign as well. We are asking for your prayers to help her through this surgery and the hard recovery ahead. Before Pearl had her first surgery, we asked for prayers and they were answered. The power of prayer works. We will also pray for all of the beloved pets on this list as well as for other animals in need, that they may be treated with the care and respect all animals deserve. |

| Message | I posted here on 12-01-13 for our Misty. She passed away on 12-12-13, she was a blessing that we had for 11 years. There can never be another dog for us that would ever fill her " boots". We will continue to add you dogs to our prayers. We will again meet our little dog over the Rainbow Bridge in time to come. Thanks Bill & Terry |

| Message | We took Bison to the vet today 12/13/13 After noticing his neck glands swelled up And not having an appetite.Doc said it might be cancer I'll run some test, my wife broke down on the spot In disbelief and shock knowing Bison might not be with us much longer he's a very healthy 5yr old beautiful wht/brindle Pit.. | Message | We adopted Lucy two years ago from a shelter. She has been such a blessing in our lives and we love her more than words can say. She was diagnosed in February of 2013 with Lymphoma after her lymph nodes around her neck had swelled to the size of golf balls. We took her to the University of Pennsylvania where we opted for a chemo treatment. Lucy did fantastic and has been in remission since March. Yesterday, (12/12/13) we received the awful news that her cancer is back. They want to do more chemo but we honestly don't know if we can afford the option they've recommended.
