MessageDear Mr. Aronofsky,

I don't know if have ever heard the song "Dancing with the Devil" by Immortal Technique, but if you listen to the lyrics, they make out to be what could be a terrific movie and I think that you would be great director for the movie since you did such a great job with Requiem for a Dream. So if you get the time to create another masterpiece, you should definately think about listening to this song and begin auditioning for a cast, because the story is already in the song, it just needs to be brought to life. It's time for another great drama to be made and I think that "Dancing with the Devil" would be a great one to start with. Thank you for your time and I hope that you consider this movie idea for one of your next projects.

MessageYes. I would agree with those who say, THE FOUNTAIN is a masterpiece. - a powerful vision and visionary experience. Here is a little poem I wrote a few years ago on the same themes. ... hope you enjoy it . . . it's titled,

the world is vast...

and death (often) too soon . . .
[Sometimes: entirely too soon]
But if you live well past 40 or 50 or 60...
There is enough to see and do (in most lives)
not to leave deprived or slung low in memory.
Thankfully, I have not been denied or deprived
in much of life, and yet...
So many books I want yet to read,
thoughts to think, people to meet,
place to go, ... spaces to grow
to know, to know ... to learn the more and laugh.

Earthly mortality, standing stern as a great wall,
forbids it.
but the spirit sees a light and hope
Vast as the world
and beyond it.

The mirror is dim, the perfect image often tarnished,
veiled, and seen only afar;
are we fools imagining? or immortals
clothed in frail flesh of mortality?

The mind and spirit reaches for the vastness
of unending wisdom ... of being and doing:
to know and be known,
to Love and be loved.

i am the bubble soon returning
to the Infinite Sea . . .
