| Message | So the Dukes get Phillies original 3rd rounder in 09/10, not the one they acquired through Terror? (begin banter) I am having trouble following the Phillies logic in trading away 3rd rounders. My count is that at the start of the 9/10 season they will have 10 prospects, minus two for the two 3rd round picks they have in 08/09 and 09/10. In a few years the Phillies will need to push hard to make some deals for some low picks to activate all the prospects. Unless the plan is to trade them all away. There must be a master plan behind all this (end banter) |

GM Blazer you're sounding like a grumpy old man... maybe it's the age of your team and the fact that it's soon to be on a quick descent towards the fantasy pension league where you can sit on your porch and complain about arthritis, the weather, rap music, and my young team driving our sports cars too fast.... I thought adding a little suspense/tension might be fun for a day. Didn't realize the pool wasn't for fun and that the banter board was strictly for business. The Dukes are excited to slot Daniel into their lineup when the puck drops in a few short weeks. Daniel joins a strong supporting cast that is up to the challenge of defending their first FHL championship.
