| Message | Don't know if I've said this yet, but Oct 3rd works for me, I won't be able to be there in person as I have class into the evening on Friday nights... unlike Goon who's afternoon binge drinking throws any shred of class he once held out the window... But I'll be on MSN, so you'll have to send me an e-noogie or something cheers, lookin forward to it. Now that the sedin deal is out of the way, I can look more closely at moving the 1st and 6th picks if you're interested or have sent me offers now's a good time to work on discussions. |

| Message | friday the 3rd baby to brown for clarifying futures. futures will be finalized prior to dropping them, possibly as late as my final redraft pick, but not after. these player will be traded instead of dropped, so still within the framework of the rules. but a good point was raised, all future considerations need to have a definate timeline or 'expiry date'. |

| Message | yeah just to clarify, it was either wait until draft day to announce this deal when Dan would know all of his drops and just ship them to me in the trade, OR announce it now (which is more fun) and have the drops thing as a futures condition. If it is a problem, we can reverse the trade and just do it all at once on the night of the draft. I think I'm basically keeping them all seeing as I have room with a shortened roster I just don't know who they are yet. cheers. p.s. As much as I'm an "agitator" I really am just tryin to have a good time on here. Don't want to offend anyone or have anyone take my tomfoolery personally... except maybe Goon. ![]() |

| Message | One comment on the Dukes Philly trade - the futures thing. There needs to be some parameters regarding Phil picking up those drops - typically those drops are then unrestricted free agents available for any team to pick them up, even those choosing immediately after the respective player has been dropped. (i.e. the C-Doggs picking up Mogilny right after the Bruins dropped him). My leaning on a ruling like that would be that Phil would get first dibs on the player who has been dropped. If he doesn't want them they go to the unrestricted status. Phil should not have unlimited access to that player after the re-draft is over however, to wait and see how the players the Dukes dropped preform and all of a sudden can then pick them up. At the end of this draft each team should have 27 players (trades of course can be made after the draft to change this). (by the way - should we make the draft date on Oct. 3? - Friday night also now works for me.) |

| Message | Phil's master plan is to be the Sean Avery of the FHL - which he is fitting to a t. That being said I do like the entertainment value to his antics. |

| Message | Phil's master plan is to be an aggitator and make as many deals as he can. That's it. |
