If I could get you a beautiful new Corvette but it only ran part of the time, would you pay full price? No thanks. That said, Gaborik might be on the table for the right deal in the FHL. | Message | The Goons have officially moved into their refurbished digs in Chwk, and are feeling much more comfortable back in a community that supports a well run organization in the Canucks... I like the direction the rule proposal discussion has been going. 1 more round in the redraft and 1 added midseason pick I think would be appropriate... It actually took you 4 days to respond to the Commish's proposal GM Epp. I'm glad you submitted some excellent thoughts however.  |

| Message | Yikes - I don't read the banter board for 3 days and I end up having to read through essays - I guess I deserve it - I started it. Good points by all GMs. This won't be an easy decision, but I think it will be good once we figure it out. No Duke, my proposal didn't address the standings thing - I'm still thinking about that one. I didn't really like your rule regarding that though. I agree with Philly - and teams might be tempted to tank to get below a team they wanted to pick from (ie a team with an injury bug). |
