| Message | Really Goon, you find it interesting that you haven't heard from Shane and I in the 24 hours since you posted your ideas? Really? I agree with previously made points. We shouldn't add too many picks because it will water down the value of picks overall. Also, the reason some GM's are doing better than others is because they draft better and pay more attention to the league...that won't change by adding more picks into the mix. Theoretically, this will just make those GM's stronger. I like incremental changes -- add two permanent picks; one more before the season starts and one more at mid season. |

| Message | This is the best Goon and I have gotten along since Duke's last birthday party! I agree... the picks to bring up prospects is a great part of this pool. Also that balance of picks so that it's difficult to manage bringing your prospects up within the three years has been pretty fun for me in the last season and a bit... Keep the picks tight enough that that remains a challenge for rebuilding teams... Kessel to the Leafs for Kaberle and the 7th pick would be crazy... Bad for the Leafs and Bad for Chowtown... trades Crosby for his favorite Bruin and he doesn't even get a game in on his FHL team before being moved to losertown. ![]() |

| Message | I can only speak for myself, as I am extremely interested in this situation. I for one dont like the idea of no picks used to bring up prospects. |

| Message | I like the idea of more picks but thinking that may be too many, how about an allowance for bringing up your prospect at no cost of a pick, that's realistic. Interestingly, I'm interested in what you guys think about this and if you don't respond to my interests I will assume you are uninterested or don't have a vested interest. ![]() |

| Message | re: spreadsheet: "khabibulin to dukes for phil's third rounder as completion of futures on the sedin deal." as posted on the BB on feb 28th. This deal never got updated on the spready... so I should have the first pick in the 3rd round this year. |

| Message | I find it interesting that we have not heard from GM Epp or Neufeld yet. Are they not as interested as the other GM's? |
