| Message | If the added picks are for one year only, then I'll vote No. And I'll vote No to Kernel's logic. |

| Message | No offense to the Dukes but I second GM Epps proposal. I also propose that I start by taking Malkin. Its funny how everyone seems to not like Robs idea of emergency callups. If certain teams ever become contenders, it will be interesting to see how the tune will change. When Getzlaf goes down on Mar 1, 2016 with The Cdoggs locked in a battle for 5th place, I WILL say "I told you so!". I am in favor of: - 4 rounds for this year only (back to three after that). The quality in the second round is bad enough as it is. I agree with Dan that people should be rewarded for good drafting skills. Adding too many picks just gives those who spend no time scouting a better chance at getting lucky. It also lowers the value of picks in trades and such. - an additional midseason (one done @ Nov end and one done @ Jan end) - one emergency callup per year. This asset could be used in trades as well. |

| Message | I'll vote yes to the added picks, but I don't believe it will close the gap from first to last. And I'll vote no to the in month moves... I'd be open to an unlimited roster moves with a limit on games played (82 per positions) but adding 1 per month doesn't do much for me. Cheers, let's get this show on the road! Someone trade with me. |

| Message | In that case, I propose we force a dispersal draft on Dan's Dukes. We each get to take three players off his roster. Agreed? |

| Message | I vote against the additional picks proposal. |

| Message | I vote in favor of the additional picks at the redraft and midseason, although I was under the understanding that the additional mid season pick would be in the form of dividing the season into 3rds, ie. 1 round in Nov, and a second mid season round in Feb for example. Some clarity on the timing of the mid season picks would be appreciated... I have no interest in supporting any type of rule allowing roster changes in case of injury early in the month. |

| Message | I vote the same as Eppsters In favour of the additional rounds, against the ability to make farm changes other than at the end of the month. If a player is injured on the first of the month, that is real life. What if he is injured on the second? third? etc... That idea is so dumb I'm not even going to continue ranting even though I could (no offence to anyone) |

| Message | The Eppsters vote in favour of the two added draft picks (pre-season, mid-season). We vote against the mid-month/injury call up proposal. We believe this will only benefit teams at the top -- classic "rich get richer" rule change. Since we have no plans to ever be anywhere near the top, we are against it. GM Epp |

| Message | I'm back from Paraguay - some excellent players out there - but they play soccer. Anyways, looks pretty clear on the additional picks proposal. Please vote for this: -1 additional round permanently added to the re-draft (from 3-4 rounds) and the mid-season (from 1-2 rounds) Next rule proposal: -the rumors were true, talk of call up from farm during the month (instead of only at end of month) is on the table. The intention is so that teams are penalized on the trivial date of the 1st of the month call up. For example, why should teams in the FHL be penalized for having a player injured on the evening of the 1st of the month (then they can not have the services of that roster spot for the entire month)? Considering previous dialogue about this issue, it seems that FHL GMs would be against unlimited monthly transactions (other than end of month only) and some would only want 1 type of this transaction per season. Please indicate the quantity of your preference when discussing this proposal. |

| Message | Commish Brown is in the middle of a two week scouting trip to Paraguay. I didn't know they played hockey there, but who am I to argue with 5(?) titles. |
