| Message | So we've got our quorum - only one team didn't vote. No extra emergency call ups. Extra 4th round added to our re-drafts. 2 rounds of mid-season picks: 1 in Nov. and 1 in Jan. My idea on conducting those drafts - to be done at the last week of each Nov. and Jan. For example this Nov. would be Nov. 23 - 30th. We would go by the standings as of Nov. 22. The players picked would go on to rosters for month of Dec. on Dec. 1. |

| Message | The extra picks won't make those of us who are lousy scouts any better at our jobs. It will increase the fluke factor but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. We'll take some risks with those lower picks and we may get rewarded with some diamonds in the rough. |

| Message | If the added picks are for one year only, then I'll vote No. And I'll vote No to Kernel's logic. |

| Message | No offense to the Dukes but I second GM Epps proposal. I also propose that I start by taking Malkin. Its funny how everyone seems to not like Robs idea of emergency callups. If certain teams ever become contenders, it will be interesting to see how the tune will change. When Getzlaf goes down on Mar 1, 2016 with The Cdoggs locked in a battle for 5th place, I WILL say "I told you so!". I am in favor of: - 4 rounds for this year only (back to three after that). The quality in the second round is bad enough as it is. I agree with Dan that people should be rewarded for good drafting skills. Adding too many picks just gives those who spend no time scouting a better chance at getting lucky. It also lowers the value of picks in trades and such. - an additional midseason (one done @ Nov end and one done @ Jan end) - one emergency callup per year. This asset could be used in trades as well. |

| Message | I'll vote yes to the added picks, but I don't believe it will close the gap from first to last. And I'll vote no to the in month moves... I'd be open to an unlimited roster moves with a limit on games played (82 per positions) but adding 1 per month doesn't do much for me. Cheers, let's get this show on the road! Someone trade with me. |

| Message | In that case, I propose we force a dispersal draft on Dan's Dukes. We each get to take three players off his roster. Agreed? |

| Message | I vote against the additional picks proposal. |

| Message | I vote in favor of the additional picks at the redraft and midseason, although I was under the understanding that the additional mid season pick would be in the form of dividing the season into 3rds, ie. 1 round in Nov, and a second mid season round in Feb for example. Some clarity on the timing of the mid season picks would be appreciated... I have no interest in supporting any type of rule allowing roster changes in case of injury early in the month. |

| Message | I vote the same as Eppsters In favour of the additional rounds, against the ability to make farm changes other than at the end of the month. If a player is injured on the first of the month, that is real life. What if he is injured on the second? third? etc... That idea is so dumb I'm not even going to continue ranting even though I could (no offence to anyone) |
